What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a powerful tool for when you get to a stage in your life where you are feeling “stuck” or you feel there could be more to life than what you are experiencing right now!
It is a guided process using powerful questioning and techniques to bring about self-awareness, self-discovery and self-responsibility, so you can move forward feeling more content and fulfilled with your life.

As your Life Coach
I will help you focus on the area(s) of change you have identified, or other changes that may become apparent early in the session or subsequent sessions.
The next step
will be for you to identify your goals and I will introduce techniques depending on your awareness, knowledge and skills to facilitate you reaching them. This is done in a more structured way to facilitate motivation, through self-observation and reflection. Key ingredients required for change to occur.
Mastering the art of consistency
in new ways of thinking and behaving will create new neural pathways in the brain forming new habits and patterns of behaviour.
Once you see change occuring
you will “trust” yourself by developing confidence for future behaviour. This will enable you to keep the implicit promise you made at the outset to follow through on your goals to achieve the life you truly desire.
